My fitbit versa just stopped working properly while I was wearing it yesterday. Screen lights up a light blue but nothing displays. Not logo, no data, nothing.
Every help article I have read about a factory reset requires me to swipe through to the settings on my watch, problem is that nothing is displayed on the screen.
Is there any way to force a factory reset from the app on my phone or any other way? I've tried all the hold 2 or 3 buttons down on the watch but this hasn't helped at all.
