Versa's screen not responding.

Hi all, yesterday at work when I checked the time on my Fitbit vertical lines were showing across the screen. This continued for the rest of the day and when I got home I charged it and now it is not responding to anything. Last night when my phone was close it began to vibrate when I received a message but still no display on the screen however the lines had gone, the screen was just black. I left it on charge all night and still nothing today. I have tried holding down the bottom and left button for a lengthy period of time but still no response. Can anyone advice me otherwise? I rely on my Fitbit a lot.

@DannieC17, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on its display on even though you have restarted it and charged it completely.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
