Versa's screen not working

After 6 weeks my Versa 2 screen has gone blank and flashes white horizontal lines. On the app it’s still tracking my steps etc but the screen itself is unusable. I don’t swim in the watch or get it wet and I’ve never dropped it.

@Eloisecraventod, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa 2 experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
