Versa Lite screen issues

  • I have a Versa lite and my screen quit working on Thursday the 27th. It is just black all the time. It is still working properly, syncing with my phone on my step ect. I have tried to reset it when it is on the charger but it didn't help. I also read that if you change the clock face that it would help but it hasn't. I need help.

@aqtpie84, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa Lite experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
