I’ve brought the Versa SE new today and after the first charge and sync i’ve experienced screen scrolling issues that I guess would be described as ‘lag’, with the screen only scrolling halfway through some of the options. Also the device seems to select the lower left icon multiple times before opening it up and scrolling through of its own accord. The same rapid and random scrolling is sometimes noted on the heart rate/steps/calories icons below the time on the main screen.
Any help with this would be great.

@Jim4910 Try rebooting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears.

Hi, AFAIK if you swipe form the right to the lefton the home display in one strike, there is no lag and it will show the first page of the settings app directly. But you have to swipe it in one strike form border to border. Also, the default Clock Face of the Versa SE is Light, which only shows the time and on the bottom in the middle the HR and nothing else. do you use another clock face?

@Jim4910 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the great troubleshooting steps that shared @Marrrmaduke.
As a side note, please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit. After this, see if you can scroll your Versa's screen.
Keep @Marrrmaduke me posted on the outcome!
