My Fitbit Versa was playing up a lot yesterday (17/03/2020) it was typing itself and clicking on things itself throughout the whole day. Today it was doing the same thing and then suddenly the screen went blank and every time I went to look at the time it would be a dark blue screen so I could tell it was on but it just wasn’t working. It’s fully charged and says so on the app so it’s not that and I can’t reset it because the the screen is blank and wont let me get to settings but the green sensor lights at the back are still on so it’s not completely dead it’s just blank, it’s also still counting my steps while it’s been blank and heart rate so I’m not sure what to do. It’s not even a year old and it’s playing up, I use it everyday and it’s really frustrating that it’s not working. Is there a way I can reset it from the app and not the device?
