Versa won't turn on

Hey everyone,

 

My versa just randomly died (it was 14 months old), so I got on to the chat support, the guys was like what have you tried, I told him all the things, he replied that "you have a defective unit" when did you buy it? When I told him it was a year old he said OPE guess we can only give you 25% off a new unit. I expressed my displeasure, as there seems to be many of us experiencing a sudden death of the versa. Does anyone know where to lodge a formal complaint?

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped turning on. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup. I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
