Versa battery issues

My versa started showing a red light and no longer tracking my heart rate. The battery is dying within a day and a half. The Fitbit keeps turning off while I am running. I powered it down and back on. It did not work. I did a factory reset, followed the online instructions to turn it back on but the screen stays black. No Fitbit logo pops up on the screen and there is no vibration as I am holding down the three buttons.

Regarding the battery issues that your Versa experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
