I own this device since 18 months from now. Today I noticed my Fitbit screen suddenly black out. I have charged it 100% a day prior and it stopped working. I tried all different things but couldn't turn it back on. When I contacted customer service I had a very bad experience where they couldn't able to help me figure out this issue and ended up with minimal discount offer for my next purchase (btw that link didn't work properly) as I was over my warranty period for couple of months. I tried calling them again they hung up on me and didn't respond properly. The device is very poorly made and overeated and top of it felt awful with unresponsive nature of customer service team. I can't imagine I wasted 200 for a watch that can only function for 18 months. I have no idea or don't know what to do. Feeling so frustrated with Fitbit device.

Hi @DB2020, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced, I appreciate your time spent trying to get this issue resolved.
However, I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of first setup. I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback since this help us to keep improving.
I'll be around if any question arises.

My Fit bit is still under a year old. How can I get it fixed or replaced?

Hi @JuanJoFitbit , I simply can't understand how come this issue is so frequent with Fitbit devices and there is no solution around it. The only option I'm seeing here is to get that 25% (which is not working correctly, as I can see on Amazon or in any other retailers' website, already providing the same discount and I can't combined both) and spend couple of hundred dollars for the device which can barely function for 1 or 1.5 years. Is there any way, I can send my device back to your facility center and you can fix it and send it back to me? I would bear the cost of shipment. Let us know if this is the solution where your technical team help me fix the device if I ship it.

@Mary80021 , Hi Mary, based on my experience with Fitbit customer service, it would be better get a total new replacement device while you can.
