Has anyone had a problem where the versa screen just went blank? It works because the alarm goes off and I get notifications on my phone. Notifications about my movements 😞

@solwazim welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display is not turning on.
I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. If the screen remains blank, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party one. Once you've changed the clock face, sync your Versa and see if the display works properly.

Thank you for your assistance, We tried this but was not successful. However, I sent the watch back to the shop and they advised that they will send it to fit but technicians.
