Fitbit need to do some thing about the sleep log and score . Ever since they put the sleep score on the logging is all wrong . I get high scores for 5 hours sleep when I know I had at least 8 hours sleep. The main reason I have Versa is for the heart track and and sleep tracking . Any one have any other brands they can suggest cos fit bit is useless?

@jamiefitbiy it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm sorry for the inaccurate sleep readings that your Versa is syncing.
Please try restarting your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the Fitbit app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, monitor your sleep during the next 2 nights and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

Mine has been doing somewhat the same thing. It will tell me I went to sleep an hour later than I actually did. I have already restarted it about a week ago because it didn’t log my sleep (sometimes still doesn’t do that), but other than that I am happy with it. I just wear the band tighter at night as suggested.

App is current. I restarted my phone and logged out of the app. Logged back in. Hope this works tonight.

I was wondering if your sleep score is affected if you for example get up to go to the bathroom?
some of my scores seem to really short and when I take a look on the app it has only recorded sleep until 1am when I have slept way longer than that
