How about going into your personal information settings and making sure your timezone is set correctly.....this happened to me at one point and that was the solution in my instance. I have no idea how it got changed but it did and manually had to correct the timezone.

My versa 2 is also displaying the wrong time and it’s not the time zone. It’s like off by 1:38 minutes I’ve disconnected it and reconnected it several times. I’ve synced the watch to the app many times. It’s so frustrating!

I have checked times zones, restarted several times, since several times, still the time is off by about 3 hours! It’s driving me crazy!!!!

I am also having the same issue. Mine is off by 2 hours and 8 minutes. I have tried everything that has been recommended and still no change. Everything else is synching just fine. I even tried changing the time zone to EST and back to PST but that did nothing.

This does not work. I've tried all solutions offered multiple times. It's currently 3:11 and my Fitbit says its 1:17.

Every time I do a factory reset to try and fix my VERSA’s time it becomes even quicker at losing time. It currently loses about 25 minutes a day. I sync it, put it onto the charger and then give up. Randomly it will show the correct time again then start to lose all in a 24 hour period. It is effectively USELESS!
im so disappointed with it, such an expensive piece of plastic!
Mine too! No matter what I try it’s just getting worse & worse!
Update:
Seems a common problem with no suggestion other than a factory reset which doesn’t work!
I’ve done that three times now but it still loses times all day....

My Versa is also not keeping the correct time. I have done a factory reset twice and it changes to the wrong time within an hour or so. I am not under warranty anymore so Fitbit is not going to do anything for me.
