Hi all,
I went for a swim with my Fitbit versa and it had a glitch which hasn’t happened before. I managed to fix it but now have noticed my top right hand button isn’t working, so doesn’t take me through the shortcut to exercises page.
Whilst I am able to get to the exercises page through the touch screen, it won’t finish my exercises or register them to my phone?? Has anyone had this happen before? Help would be massively appreciated!

Regarding the right button of your Fitbit Versa, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it fixed before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, try cleaning around the right button with a toothpick in order to remove any moisture that this part of the watch may accumulate. Finally, press the button and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi, I’ve done everything as stated, given it a good clean and restarted it twice and the button still doesn’t work so can’t use the exercise function. Any other suggestions?

I have the same issue. Even reset my Versa and set it up again. No dice. Right button is not functioning.

Hi, I had someone from FitBit email me and I was within warranty and therefore able to get sent a new one as it wasn’t able to be fixed.

I have the same issue
why would i
moisture be an issue when this is sold as a swim watch
I have two versas and love them but my Versa 2 stopped working after 6 months with what appeared again to be a moisture problem I didn’t have the time or the inclination to send it back and my Versa 1 is the one with the button issue
what can I do to make my Versa 1 function again before I buy an alternative swim watch?

I have the same issue. I have tried air blowing the button and then restarting the watch for a few times but won’t fix it.
Looks like it can’t be fixed?
