Versa's touch screen not working

My screen has not been working for a while now. It is completely unresponsive to touch- I can not switch screens or check any of my stats. It is only a little over a year old. It also randomly turns off on its own (when it is completely charged) and when it comes back on it displays a different day or time. Can someone please assist with this? I am pretty frustrated and close to buying an apple watch- thank you.

Hi @ehellstern, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen became unresponsive and it shows different day and time when it turns on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, sync your watch. Finally, monitor it and see if the touchscreen works properly and it doesn't lose the time or time.

Hi- I did what you said and still nothing. It does not register touch at all
