Hi
got my Fitbit versa 3 days ago and the touschscreen is not working.
if I press left button, try to scroll down, nothing happens. Same thing trying to
move from one side to the other.
how do I contact support??

I would like to know if your Versa turns on when you plug it in the charger. In the meantime, restart your watch as described in this help article and see if the screen turns on.
