Hi,
I am having trouble with my Versa 2. The touch screen doesn't work from time to time and isnt responsive to touch. I have done the reset and nothing has changed. How do I contact customer support.

@Saint413, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the touchscreen stopped working.. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Before forwarding your inquiry to our Support team, I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed. This workaround has been helpful for this type of issues.

I am having the same issue with my Versa. I have already spoke with someone at Fitbit and tried all the solutions they gave me. None have worked. Since my Fitbit is just over 1 year old they won’t replace it. They offered me a small discount on a new one. Obviously this is a known issue with all of the versions of the Versa, it needs to be fixed. I did not pay $175.00 for a Fitbit to just work for 13 months. I am greatly disappointed!!!

Hi, thanks for getting back to me so quickly. My face clock is already on
a Fitbit clock. My wife bought the watch in December as a gift for me.

@JuanJoFitbit Still no update with the fitbit. Still not working. I have made sure that the clock is a fitbit clock and still nothing. Please help....It getting really tiring of it taking 10 mins of tapping to have my watch do stuff.
