I have reseted it a lot of times though the day very rarely it will let me switch up, down, left or right. This has been happening for the past few days. My husband does the same not has much. It frustrating! I would like to use my watch...

@Lily1991, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa's touchscreen is not working properly. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
