Hi,my Versa 2 watcha phone on and offa is not displaying heart beat or activity, won't go to any aps including Alexa and will not display sleep. Just started today. Have restarted Motorola, no difference. Help!
Hi, I had the same problem when I was setting mine up. If you swipe left from your home screen, keep swiping until you see your settings. Click on your settings and scroll up and make sure “Heart Rate” is on, mine was off. Hope this helps!
