Versa screen and battery draining issues

My versa lite is not swiping and has had many issues keep charge since update. Unresponsive touch screen. Purchased this in Nov 2019 and I am a bit unhappy with the updating process. I have updated this thing a few times this week with no solid end result where my watch is fully functional.

I'm sorry to hear about the screen and battery draining issues that your Versa Lite is experiencing. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, try the tips listed in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your watch. Finally, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.

I have tried and the Fitbit just is not responding. I tried to take it back to Walmart and they wouldn’t refund me. They told me I have to contact the protection care that I purchased with the product. I feel this is totally not fare that I have to spend my time dealing with this. My husbands Fitbit is also not holding a charge as well. I think the way I am being treated in this is not good and the customer support I have been given on this is also not great. The product is not cheap and I feel like I just got junk and now I have no option or recourse for a product that no longer works after 6 months. I really feel like your product is not worth the amount I paid. I can contact apple with no problem they have contact numbers and are willing to really get the trouble shooting fixed. Fitbit has limited contact information and your retailers do not honor any of the issue this product can have. Also the fact is I have my receipt and the product is totally not working. I just want a refund. I really don’t have the time to deal with a glitchy product.
