Hello! I was very happy with my watch, but since some weeks ago I stared to have several problems with the performance. First the screen starts responding sometimes (The touch is not responding) , we had an app update two weeks ago and works well. After two days is not responding at all, so I’m using my watch with the app. This week the watch is rebooting itself while I’m working out, the battery is lasting only one day, and today I was trying to enter a custom food without success after 20 try’s I quit. I’m very disappointed of have this issues after only 3 months using this watch 😟💔

Hi @SandraChavez, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry about the screen and battery draining issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this.
Please restart your Versa manually as described in this help article. After this, try the tips that are listed in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your watch. Finally, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
