Versa screen and battery issues

My versa screen is black not showing anything I know the watch is on because I see its tracking steps on the app. My watch is also draining the battery daily it goes from 100% battery to 25% or less within an 8 hour period. I have done a factory reset and tried other troubleshooting steps and nothing has helped. The app is update and so is the watch.
