Versa screen and charging issues

My Versa... and my husbands...are completely blank this morning! We cant do anything to get them on. Charging isn't working...screens remain black. What's going on?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

@AlisonY, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen and charging issues that your and your husband's Versa watches are experiencing, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issues persist or if they got back to life after following the restart process that my friend @SunsetRunner shared.

 

In addition, try changing the clock face on both watches to a face developed by Fitbit, not a third part clock face. Finally, monitor your Fitbit devices and see if they work properly.
