My Versa is having all sorts of issues. First the touch screen won’t work at all. Second I’m getting no notifications anymore. I have tried a soft reset and a factory reset with no success. Help!

I held down all 3 side buttons then you release the bottom left.. anyway it didn’t work. Couldn’t find how to contact Fitbit directly so came here hoping they’d respond.
