My Versa screen went black last night. I figured the battery was dead. However, after leaving it charging all night it will not turn on today. I am very disappointed as I've only had it for 6 months.

Best AnswerVersa began working again after trying troubleshooting steps and then a few hours later went black again. Very frustrated as I feel I shouldn't have to do all of this for a product that is only 6 months old.
