Versa screen black

My Versa screen is black. The green light is working at the back and it is syncing info to my phone but I can’t access the screen. I have tried all the resets/restarts numerous times but nothing is working. I have tried changing the clock face, again, no joy. I have read through many posts and tried all of their ‘tips and tricks’, holding the button longer, charging over night etc. Nothing is working?

Hello.  I am having the exact same issue.  My Fitbit Versa screen went black yesterday.  I have done everything suggested in the other recommended suggestions - I tried to change my clock face, I did a reset, and then removed it from my app and did a factory reset.  None of which corrected the issue.  Please advise!
