Versa screen black

My Fitbit Versa has gone to a black screen although it is still receiving notifications and updating.

I have tried the restart but I cannot get it to do this.

Any ideas/help, please?

Hi there @emmyl, welcome to the Community Forums. Thank you for the steps that you've tried to fix the issues with your Versa's screen.

 

Please confirm that you've followed the steps suggested this help article to restart your Fitbit: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

But if the restart seems not to work, at this point I recommend changing the clock face on your Versa:

 

If you're using a third-party party clock face

  • Check the settings for the third-party party clock face for an option to leave the display on. For instructions, see How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit watch?
  • Check the Clock Description for notes from the developers. 
  • Then switch to a Fitbit clock face and try troubleshooting again.
