Hi my versa screen is not showing. My backlight still works if I press the left button and it still seems to be sinking in the app but nothing on the screen. It started acting glitch yesterday then this morning nothing. I’ve also tried restarting. I’ve been reading replies but it looks like the only solution posted so far is resetting

Hi i have the exact same issue.
My versa lite battery was dead and i charged it and fitbit app shows 100% charged,but versa screen is blank with blacklight.
Have tried restarting and deinstalled app also but nothing works.
Watch is only 1year old...://

At least they offered you a discount. In my case, no discount, and when I said I was upset and would buy a watch from somebody else, the person that was "working" on my issue said ok and simply closed the chat window. I really liked my versa and I would buy another one but I would like to see some compromise. I´ve bought 4 fitbit bands/watches so far, I am a customer since 2012, and I also have a premium account. But it looks like fitbit would rather see me go away than give me a discount.
@LizzyFitbit I´ve seen you helping other people, can you help me?
