A few days ago I noticed my screen acting up on my versa. On the left side of the screen there were some vertical lines but the majority of the screen was still visible. I put it on the charger overnight. The next day the screen was completely blank. You can tell it’s trying to light up but it’s just a back lit black blank screen when I push on the buttons or tap it. I’ve tried resetting it many many times but nothing happens and I can’t see anything. I’ve tried the factory reset but that doesn’t work either since I can’t see anything on the screen. The green light on the back works from time to time but has not come on for a few hours now. My Fitbit app can’t connect or sync to my versa watch. Any suggestions? I’ve only had this versa for approximately 2 months.

@tegtsub welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on nor connect with your Fitbit app even though you have restarted it and tried a factory reset before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the following workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. We need to troubleshoot the syncing issue. To do so, please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the display turns on and your watch syncs your data properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
