Versa screen came off

My faceplate fell off my Versa when I was shaking my hands because I put too much sanitizer on my hands. Very disappointed in this product and no matter how many emails or inquiry is I've sent I have no contacts from a company. Essentially I gave up and I bought myself a real smartwatch

Hi there @Winterheart, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the damage on your Versa's screen. We acknowledge the limitation we have on our part particularly on what you have experienced. 

Since this sounds a bit more serious, I've created a support case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums.
