Hi, I have a fit bit versa whose face has just fallen off. This is my second versa with the same issue and I see from community threads it’s a common theme.
Any advice on how to fix it please, it’s less than two years old replaced after previous face fell off too. And that was a replacement after first one stopping working when I swam in it despite it claiming to be waterproof.
I wear it daily and get a lot from it but unless you can guarantee this recurring problem has now been fixed I will not be buying a replacement.

've resolved it by deciding not to buy Fitbit again and to recommend that my friends avoid it too. In three years to have two screens fall off and it be proved to definitely not be water proof despite the claims is just appalling at the price I paid.
