Versa screen crashed

My watch screen is crashed/ hanged and I can't reset. only the fitbit symbol appears and does nothing. no button works!!!! Please help!!

@Robertasferraz it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen has crashed and can't be reset.

 

Please try a regular restart. To do so, follow the steps that are listed in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
