Versa screen damage

My Versa face just randomly fell off the body. The face flopped off and is connected to the watch by some wiring and I can see the inside of the watch. I'm pretty sad. This is my 3rd Fitbit device in less than 2 years and I'm by no means a power user. 

 

Had this particular device since thanksgiving 2018. That's less than 6 months.The screen just plopped open when I was in bed checking the timeThe screen just plopped open when I was in bed checking the time

Hi, contact immediately Customer Support and not only mention your problem but also send them your picture. This is absolutely a faulty device, which needs to be replaced IMHO.

Thanks for responding. 

 

I contacted support last night and they were very pleasant. 

 

I received conformation of shipping for my replacement.

 

I'm looking forward to it arriving so I can stay on track.
