Versa Lite not tracking sleep hours accurately, missing chunks of time.

Hi @jaydub1043 , restart your Versa three times (internal resetting) by long pressing the left button untill the Fitbit Logo appears and release the buttonand see if that solves your problem. Keep me posted on this issue, regards kuzibri

@jaydub1043, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the sleep tracking issue that your Versa Lite is experiencing, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after trying the restart process as @SunsetRunner advised.
In addition, please make sure of the following details:
After this, monitor your next night's sleep and see if it gets tracked properly.
Keep me posted! 😀

Let me say I LOVE my Versa Lite! But about 3 days ago it stopped tracking my sleep, before this I had no problems. I've had my watch since mid September and it was doing just perfect, until this. I have restarted the watch and phone (s10e). Suggestion?

Ok i tried the 3 press button restart and still it isnt giving me complete data for sleep like i was previously getting. It seems the update for the phone app might be causing the problem. Before the update everything worked well.
