Versa screen dims

My New Versa (second one since I was struggling with syncing issues for four weeks with the first) dims from time to time even in daylight making it impossible to see what’s on the screen. Anyone else having problems with the auto setting? Seems like it’s not working properly. It should only dim when surroundings are dark in my opinion.

If the brightness of your Versa isn't working properly, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

After these steps, test your watch and let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy
