Versa screen display not working

I m facing the same issue. Fitbit say they can't repair as it is just completed 1 year so no warranty.  This is real nonsense where we spend 250$ just for year use then throw it to trash. And they say they are offering 25% discount on new device which is more  than current mothers day sale price .

 

Total nonsense and no way.. now I had to throw this to trash for free where I spent almost 275$.

i'm having the same issue. my versa died and it has been just over the warranty period so all i got was a 25% discount and the brush off.

@2271eb, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa experienced the same issue and it's not covered by the warranty anymore. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.
