Versa screen ‘ejected’

Overnight from its case, was dangling by a film when I woke up, I’m incredibly careful with it, never get it wet, am not hard on it at all. 16 months use for a $200 watch and support offers me a coupon - won’t be investing in any Fitbit products in the future. Known issue w no replacement- appalling.

@Uknessa it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen was dangling when you woke up. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under the warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days starting from the date of first setup.
