Last night the screen on my 13 month old Versa started acting up. It has lines all across and will only display half the screen. I have a screen protector on it and has been on it since the day I bought it. This just started happening out of nowhere. Now only the top portion of the screen will display anything.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times and see if this solves the problem, if not contact Customer Support about your problem. Regards kuzibri

@momma2jack welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the display issues that your Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assist you via chat.
I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
