My Fitbit Versa started playing up when the clock started to lose time. I thought it must have lost bluetooth connectivity so checked that but it was fine. I did a factory reset and now all I get is the Fitbit logo and instruction to download the app. I've removed and reloaded the app, deleted the device from bluetooth. Nothing has changed. The screen is unresponsive to swiping or use of buttons; it just shows logo and tells me to download app. The bluetooth on my android phone doesn't recognise the Versa, so I'm stuck.

@Pasty-Queen welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it only shows the Fitbit logo.
If you haven't contacted our Support team as @SunsetRunner advised, please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, try setting up your Versa from scratch as described in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.
