My versa screen display is messed up. It shrinks, fades, has lines, and goes blank. Sometimes will display normal, but quickly starts to mess up. I use the Fitbit app onmon Android phone. I've tried to restart and do all updates it gives me.

My Versa has been doing similar things. It started with coming off a nightly charge... I put it on and it wasn't responding. I popped it back on the charger and it came up with the watch face screen but it looked pixelated and weird... then after a second or two it faded greyish into the logo. Watch was not responding to inputs other than to go to one menu screen for music. Eventually, I was able to get the screen to work enough on the charger (even though it was hard to tell what it was displaying) and did a factory reset. Now, it's just stuck on the logo screen with what seems like other languages... but again, it's very difficult to read display and it fades to grey then goes dark. No touchscreen response anymore, on or off charger. I had convo with a customer service via chat and problem not resolved and told, sorry, you are out of luck... here's a 25% coupon for a new one! Ha, thanks for the help?
