Versa screen fallen off

Hi has anyone’s screen fell off their versa? Mine has fallen off today and unable to put back on as won’t stay on

Yes! Mine literally fell off today too. Was so shocked! This is the third versa I’ve had, the two before just wouldn’t switch on or take a charge. Literally just died. And now this one’s screen popped off. Not thrilled with this watch!

Hi thanks for replying
This is my 2nd versa
The first one just stopped registering my data, I got in touch with fit bit and give them their due they replaced the watch face
Now this has happened today with the screen, I’ve contacted Fitbit again half an hour ago and good enough they sent me an email with a link to send a photo of it, hopefully they will replace again but if not I won’t buy another one as neither of them were 12 months old
I will look an Apple Watch if they don’t replace

Yes mine too just fell off during normal day to day activities. Absolutely fuming and can't make contact with Fitbit to discuss. Makes matters worse.

also happened to me and I have been told they will not honor the warranty and only offered me 35% off a new one

i purchased mine 10 months ago and my screen fell off. I contacted Fitbit and was told they will not replace or repair and only offered me 35% off a new one. I'll be **ahem**ed if I'll be giving them anymore of my hard earned money. Apple or Samsung will ney next purchase!
