The screen on my Versa fell off, I was not doing anything, I was at home and noticed the screen has just fell off. Had this for just over 2 years, it’s very well looked after and never had any issues until last night 😞
Can anyone offer any advise please as I know this is out of the 12 month warranty now 😞

Did you get any help from Fitbit on this? Bought my daughter a Versa two years ago and the screen has just fallen out. She wanted an upgrade for Xmas but now this has happened I think we will be going for an Apple Watch instead as the new Sense is a similar price and based on this experience feels a bit risk!
