Versa screen fell off

I woke up today to my screen hanging out of my Versa watch. What's really disappointing is this is the SECOND versa watch I've had in three years. Both died outside of the warranty window. I don't understand why this keeps happening. I love the fitbit community, but I'm really reluctant to buy yet another watch when they keep dying $250 down the drain.

I appreciate that, but the the agent that contacted me was not helpful. They offered me a free replacement then reneged and later sent me a discount coupon.
