My husband bought me a versa for Christmas. It's less than a year old and screen just went blank. I started acted strange and just swiping screens on its own. I wasn't even touching it. Then the screen stopped letting me swipe, and now the screen is completely blank. This all happened in a matter of 3 days. It doesn't illuminate anymore. I know the insides still work cause I can seen it tracking on my appp. But the actual watch screen has nothing on it. So it's pointless to wear if I can't even use it as a watch. How do I get this fixed?

So at this point you have 3 choices:
1. Try putting it on the charger
2. Try holding down the left single button and the bottom right button at the same time for 10 sec or till you see the fitbit symbol
3. (Use as a last resort) Hold down all three buttons for 12 seconds till or till you see something pop up on your screen.

@Kferngirl3 forgot to mention if none of those methods work then contact fitbit directly because its most likely a internal issue then.
