I just bought a brand new Fitbit Versa, I followed the set up instructions, and when it was complete and I went to use it the screen was all glitchy! It gets stuck in between two screens, it opens apps when I haven't pushed anything. I'm so upset! I just sold my Charge 2 to get the new Versa! I just factory reset it and am going to try setting it up again as a new device. Any one else had this problem? Is it a dud?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Have you checked if this is happening with a specific clock face? If you haven't, I recommend changing your clock face by following the instructions provided in the help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and check this.

My versa 2 is doing the same thing and I have restored my factory settings, and still it gets stuck. Since the factory reset I haven't added any apps or activated any features. What should I do?
And oh yes this started happening after the recent software update that was sent out for the versa 2
