Randomly this afternoon my Versa started having a pixelated screen. It now will only light up with pixelated lines...the screen does not display anything readable. I have tried to hold all three buttons on the side of the Versa down to reset the device, but it has not worked. Please help!

Hi @bridgetjordan Unfortunately it sounds as as if the Versa has died. Did you try restarting it several times.? If that doesn't help your only option into try customer support and see if they have any ideas.
