I have had my Versa a less than a year. I don't have the receipt. So I am sure no warranty. The screen goes black and no matter what I do it stays black until it wants to come on. It deal a the battery within a few hours. Gas stopped tracking my steps. I updated it and since then these issues have started. I am very frustrated! You put out hard earned money and the company won't back you. I have tried taking all the apps off . but doesn't help

Don't be so sure no warranty. Maybe they can go by when you started using it, which they can track.
