Versa screen gone black

My Versa screen just all of sudden has gone black.   It’s fully charged and connected to app - but screen won’t respond. Still vibrates and my alarms still go off and can’t turn them off!   Won’t seem to do a restart or factory reset, no damage was done! Help! Anyone else facing this?
