Hi , I have a Fitbit Versa and it has just gone white . I have called everywhere to try and get it fixed but no one can do it . How do I go about this situation? Why is one not able to get any spares for these watches

Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

When this happened to me it was because my clock face was no longer supported. If you can still swipe to see the side menus, then that's probably the issue, so try a new clock face. If you can't then it's probably water damage. While they are waterproof, if you push the buttons while in the shower or around/in water, water can get inside and break it.
