Versa screen is black, no replacement

The screens goes black and they send me a coupon but it doesn't apply for all the models, of course!!!

Hello @Lauren07, thank you for sharing all this information regarding the experience with your Versa watch. 

 

I'm sorry to see that you've still having trouble with the watch and that it wasn't possible to obtain a replacement. It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.
