My Versa touch screen stopped working 2 weeks ago and now the entire screen is black. Last night I charged it and the screen started randomly scrolling through my apps on it's own. Now the screen is just black. Anyone have this happen? It's only 3 months old.

Hi, just for cosmetics (cause Customer Support wiil ask for it when you contact them), restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill yo see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve tour problem contact Customer Support about it.
